OSY ALOYSIUS ORAKWE hails from Awkuzu, in Oyi LGA of Anambra State, Nigeria. He is an accomplished communication scholar with experiences in print and electronic media. His special interest is in development communication. He loves music and jokes and has never been a fan of dull moments. He believes so much in sharing love that hurts no one. Aloy holds a doctorate in communication from the prestigious Gregorian University, Rome, Italy. He has served in several places in Italy and United Kingdom.
